Initiate Your Request
Log into your ToylandEU account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the toys in their original manufacturer packaging and include all manuals, accessories, and the printed return slip inside a sturdy shipping box.
Ship to ToylandEU
Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of generating your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
